Opening For Scrum Master

We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team in Chennai on a contracting basis. This role involves guiding our teams in agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Facilitate Scrum Events:** Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. This ensures clear communication and collaboration among team members.

- **Coaching Team Members:** Mentor the product owner and team members on agile principles and practices. This helps the team understand their roles and responsibilities better and improves their skill set.

- **Remove Impediments:** Identify and address any obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress. This involves removing barriers and facilitating solutions to keep the project on track.

- **Foster Collaboration:** Encourage a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders. This promotes open communication and improves team dynamics.

- **Monitor Progress:** Track the team's performance using metrics like velocity and burn-down charts. This helps in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring goals are met.

- **Promote Continuous Improvement:** Encourage the team to reflect on their performance and seek ways to enhance processes and productivity. This leads to better outcomes for future projects.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have experience working as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies. Excellent communication and facilitation skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
