Job Responsibilities:

Install and secure screws and fasteners according to project plans and specifications, ensuring accurate placement and adherence to safety standards.

Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints to understand the precise locations and configurations for screw installation.

Collaborate closely with the construction team to comprehend project requirements, timelines, and specific tasks, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the construction process.

Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a secure working environment for all personnel on the construction site.

Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to accurately measure, drill, and install screws in various materials, such as wood, metal, and concrete.

Inspect the quality of the installed screws and fasteners, ensuring they meet the required standards for structural stability and durability.

Report any issues, concerns, or deviations from the project plans to the supervisor promptly, facilitating timely adjustments and ensuring the overall quality of the construction work.

Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including work logs, material usage, and any incidents or challenges encountered during the screw installation process.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Screw Man or in a similar role within the construction industry.

Sound knowledge of various screw types, sizes, and their respective applications in different construction materials.
