Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Principal role located in Bangalore. The Principal - CBSE will be responsible for overseeing the CBSE curriculum implementation, managing the academic staff, developing educational programs, and fostering a positive learning environment for students. The role involves collaborating with parents, community stakeholders, and the school management to ensure academic excellence.

Qualifications

€¢ Experience in CBSE curriculum implementation

€¢ Strong leadership and management skills

€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

€¢ Knowledge of academic program development

€¢ Able to lead and manage marketing activities and drive admission process.

€¢ Master's degree in Education or related field

€¢ Previous experience as a Principal is preferred

€¢ Experience in CBSE school environment is a plus

€¢ Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

€¢ Will be responsible for budgeting, fundraising, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
