Hiring For Scaffolder

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Scaffolders to join our construction project. The

candidate will be responsible for erecting, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling

scaffolding structures to provide safe access for construction activities while ensuring

compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems as per project requirements.

 Ensure scaffolding is safe, stable, and fit for use before work begins.

 Install platforms, guardrails, toe boards, ladders, and access points.

 Conduct routine inspections and report any defects or unsafe conditions.

 Coordinate with the Site Supervisor and other trades to support construction

activities.

 Follow all safety regulations and use PPE while working at height.

 Maintain scaffolding materials, tools, and equipment properly.

 Ensure work is completed within project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

 Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scaffolder in building or infrastructure

construction projects.

 Hands-on experience with tube-and-clamp, Cuplock, or Ringlock scaffolding

systems.

 Knowledge of safe work-at-height practices and scaffolding safety standards.

 Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.

 Immediate joiners preferred.
