we are seeking a qualified sap success factor recruitment management (rcm) consultant with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the rcm module. the ideal candidate should have a proven track record with at least one end-to-end implementation in sf rcm and possess strong client-facing skills.

responsibilities:

• utilize expertise in sap success factor rcm to design, configure, and implement solutions for clients.

• lead and actively participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions within the sap success factors framework.

• demonstrate leadership by providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• stay updated with the latest trends and developments in sap success factor rcm and related technologies to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
