Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Datasphere Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position, ideal for professionals who excel in architecting, implementing, and optimizing SAP Datasphere solutions to drive business intelligence and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize SAP Datasphere environments.

• Lead data modeling, integration, and management activities using SAP Datasphere tools.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into scalable data solutions.

• Ensure data platform reliability, performance tuning, and security.

• Perform troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues across SAP Datasphere deployments.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate new technologies related to SAP ecosystem.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and onboarding materials.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on SAP Datasphere standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5 - 10+ years of experience in SAP data warehousing, business intelligence, or related domains.

• Expertise in SAP Datasphere (SAP Data Warehouse Cloud) solution architecture, implementation, and support.

• Strong proficiency in data integration, modeling, and ETL within SAP environments.

• Hands-on experience working remotely with global teams.

• Advanced understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance, especially within SAP platforms.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Skills

• SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and cloud data platform exposure.

• Experience with other analytics platforms or data lakes is a plus.

• Certifications in SAP Datasphere or related modules preferred.
