job description –

· willing to work in 24x7 environments- 9 hrs work pattern

· knowledge on any sap new dimension products like ecc, pi, crm, ep, bw & solution manager

· good hands-on experience in hana & sybase database

· good hand-on exposure in sap solution manager . ewa, technical monitoring, itsm and charm

· experience in operational activities (. daily health checks of sap systems .database administration, client maintenance activities, performance tuning, applying support packages & kernel updates)

· experience in project activities (. installations, upgrades and data migrations) and creating documentation and work instructions

· customer focused

· candidate must have good communicative skills
