1 SAP system and Routine Operation Monitoring and maintenance

2 System Availiability and Performance Tuning ,profile management

3 SAP data management

4 Client and user administration

5 SAP table reorganization and Index rebuilding

6 Transport management system

7 SAP security and Audit log management

8 SAP installation patches and kernel installation updates and upgrades

9 SAP dump monitoring and management

10 CCMS monitoring and management

11 Spool system monitoring and management

12 Logon group management

13 SAP user workload,backgroud kjobs monitoring and management

14 Parameters change and modification of old roles like addition of new activity in existing role

15 Creation and manageming SAP portal incidents in case of issues

16 Troubleshooting with SAP technical team

17 RFC,access data,credential and gateway management

18 Configuring installation and management of SAP router

19 Managing access for all servers and for all types of SAP connections

20 Monitoring and administration of SAP router and renews its certificates before expiry

21 System restoration

22 Installation/Re-installation as per the requirement.
