we are seeking an experienced and skilled salon manager to lead our team of stylists and support staff. the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

key responsibilities:

1. *salon operations*: oversee the daily operations of the salon, including managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

2. *team management*: lead, motivate, and develop a team of stylists and support staff to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.

3. *customer service*: ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolve customer complaints, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

4. *business growth*: develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and expand the customer base.

5. *marketing and promotion*: collaborate with the owner/director to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

6. *financial management*: manage the salon's finances, including controlling expenses, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

7. *inventory management*: manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control stockroom operations.

8. *compliance*: ensure that the salon complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

requirements:

1. *experience*: minimum 2-3 years of experience as a salon manager or assistant manager.

2. *education*: cosmetology license or equivalent experience.

3. *skills*: excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

4. *knowledge*: knowledge of salon operations, marketing, and financial management.
