job summary:

key responsibilities:
1. *salon operations*: oversee the daily operations of the salon, including managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
2. *team management*: lead, motivate, and develop a team of stylists and support staff to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
3. *customer service*: ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolve customer complaints, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

5. *marketing and promotion*: collaborate with the owner/director to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

requirements:
