Key Responsibilities

Salon Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery

Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards

Monitor inventory and manage product ordering

Ensure all equipment is functional and regularly serviced

Team Leadership & Staff Management

Manage employee schedules and shift planning

Conduct performance evaluations and encourage professional growth

Foster a positive and motivated workplace culture

Client Experience & Service Quality

Guarantee premium service and a luxury experience for every guest

Handle client feedback with professionalism and empathy

Build long-term client relationships and encourage loyalty

Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly targets for services and retail sales

Qualifications

Prior experience in salon management or a similar role

Strong knowledge of beauty services and current trends

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proven leadership, team-building, and conflict resolution skills

Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting targets

Familiarity with salon software is a plus
