Walk-in Salesman - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated Salesman with experience in women's fashion, focusing on sarees, lehengas, dresses, and indo-western attire. This full-time position is based in Ratlam, India, and requires proficiency in selling women’s clothing items.

Key responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their fashion needs, providing tailored recommendations, and assisting with product selection. You will be responsible for demonstrating the features and benefits of our products, ensuring customers have a memorable shopping experience. Maintaining product displays and ensuring stock is well-managed will also be essential.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales. A minimum educational qualification of 12th pass is required. Excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of current fashion trends, and the ability to build rapport with customers are crucial. You should be comfortable working in a retail environment and possess a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Work expectations include working from the office in shifts during retail hours. The ability to handle a mobile device for communication and sales tracking is necessary.
