Job Description

- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their AV and IT infrastructure requirements.

- Conduct detailed needs assessments to propose tailored solutions, including video conferencing systems, smart classroom setups, and integrated AV solutions.

- Work closely with the technical team to design and configure customized AV/IT solutions.

- Act as a technical advisor during the sales process, providing in-depth product knowledge and system demonstrations.

- Address technical queries, solution feasibility, and integration capabilities across platforms.

- Collaborate with the project and installation teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of proposed solutions.

- Monitor project timelines, technical specifications, and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in AV and IT technologies, including collaboration tools, interactive displays, control systems, and unified communications platforms.

- Educate clients on the benefits and ROI of adopting smart classrooms, enterprise video conferencing, and AV integrations.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a consultative sales approach.

- Follow up on service satisfaction, upsell opportunities, and system enhancements.

- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.

- Work closely with marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to align on client needs and sales strategies.

- Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare regular sales forecasts, and report performance metrics to management.
