- Collaborate with the project and installation teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of proposed solutions.
- Monitor project timelines, technical specifications, and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in AV and IT technologies, including collaboration tools, interactive displays, control systems, and unified communications platforms.
- Educate clients on the benefits and ROI of adopting smart classrooms, enterprise video conferencing, and AV integrations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a consultative sales approach.
- Follow up on service satisfaction, upsell opportunities, and system enhancements.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Work closely with marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to align on client needs and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare regular sales forecasts, and report performance metrics to management.
