Closing Deals: Managing the entire sales process from the initial pitch to price negotiation and final contract signing.
Upselling & Cross-selling: Encouraging existing customers to buy higher-end products or complementary items.
Account & Relationship Management
Client Retention: Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Issue Resolution: Acting as the first point of contact if a client has a problem with a delivery, invoice, or product quality.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Competitor Tracking: Keeping an eye on what rivals are charging and what new features they are offering.
Sales Forecasting: Providing the management with data-driven estimates of how much they expect to sell in the coming months.
CRM Maintenance: Entering all lead data and interaction history into software like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
