- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors like corporate, education, hospitality, healthcare, and government.
- Network at industry events, trade shows, and with consultants or architects to uncover potential projects.
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand clients’ AV and acoustic requirements.
- Engage with decision-makers such as facilities, IT, and operations managers to assess project scope.
- Collaborate with technical/engineering teams to craft tailored solutions—incorporating acoustic treatments, display setups, microphones, conferencing systems, etc.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, tenders, and quotes aligned with client specs.
- Lead in-person and virtual demonstrations of AV, video conferencing, and soundproofing systems.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms per company guidelines.
- Manage full sales cycle—from cold outreach to closing deals—and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, produce sales forecasts, and report performance metrics.
- Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support post-installation and address client feedback or issues.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies, competitor solutions, and industry best practices.
- Provide input to marketing and product teams on trends and customer insights.
