IntellChromatics Inc., a leading provider of custom software, IT solutions, and cybersecurity services, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets, with a focus on the US and Europe.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote IntellChromatics' services.

Present and pitch IntellChromatics' solutions to prospective clients through various channels, including social media, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales or marketing

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience of successful track record in sales or marketing (required) OR

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and 4+ years of experience of successful track record in sales or marketing. (required)

Compensation:

This position offers a commission-only structure, where compensation is tied directly to the orders and contracts brought to the company. Note that commission rates range from 4-7%.

Performance Bonus:

You also have opportunities for performance bonus where Performance bonuses will be awarded based on exceeding sales targets, securing high-value contracts, or other performance metrics determined by the company.
