Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Side (Lead Generation)
Campaign Support: Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, and traditional) to build brand awareness.
Content Creation: Manage social media handles and coordinate the creation of marketing collateral like brochures, pitch decks, and newsletters.
Market Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor pricing to help the company stay ahead of the curve.
Event Management: Organize and represent the company at trade shows, corporate events, and product launches.
The Sales Side (Revenue Generation)
Business Development: Identify and reach out to new prospects through cold calling, networking, and following up on marketing leads.
Client Meetings: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, focusing on solving their specific pain points.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections professionally and negotiate terms to secure contracts and meet monthly revenue targets.
CRM Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of all interactions, leads, and sales stages in the companys CRM software.
Relationship Management
Account Farming: Stay in touch with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and look for opportunities to upsell new services.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance, marketing ROI, and customer feedback.
