Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Lead Generation
Market Research: Monitoring competitor activity and identifying market trends to find new business opportunities.
Campaign Management: Assisting in the creation of promotional materials (brochures, social media posts, ads).
Brand Awareness: Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to increase visibility.
2. Sales & Business Development
Prospecting: Identifying potential customers through cold calling, networking, and following up on marketing leads.
Pitching & Presentations: Meeting clients to explain product features and benefits, often using tailored presentations.
Closing Deals: Negotiating price, costs, and specifications with buyers to finalize sales agreements.
3. Relationship & Data Management
Client Retention: Maintaining records of customer interactions and providing after-sales support to ensure repeat business.
Reporting: Preparing weekly/monthly sales reports and tracking progress against set targets (KPIs).
