Core Responsibilities
Because this role combines two departments, your day is split between Strategic Planning and Direct Action.
1. Market Research & Strategy (The Marketing Side)
Trend Analysis: Identifying emerging market trends and competitor moves to find loopholes your brand can exploit.
Campaign Management: Planning and executing integrated campaigns across social media, email, and offline events (exhibitions/seminars).
Content Creation: Drafting persuasive copy for brochures, ads, and social media posts to ensure a consistent brand voice.
Database Management: Maintaining and segmenting the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to target the right audience.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion (The Sales Side)
Prospecting: Actively hunting for new business via cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and following up on marketing leads.
Product Demos: Presenting products or services to potential clients in a way that specifically addresses their pain points.
Negotiation & Closing: Handling objections, discussing pricing terms, and securing signed contracts.
Account Management: Building long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
