Job Description

marketing responsibilities (lead generation & brand building)

campaign management:

develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across various channels (., social media, email, print, digital advertising).

monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high return on investment (roi).

content & digital presence:

create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website/social media content.

manage the company's brand presence and ensure consistency across all communication platforms.

market intelligence:

conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and new opportunities for customer acquisition.

analyze marketing data (., campaign performance, web traffic, conversion rates) to make data-driven decisions.

ii. sales responsibilities (conversion & revenue)

prospecting & outreach:

identify and qualify new business leads generated through marketing efforts or independent prospecting (cold calling, networking).

conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the prospect's needs.

pipeline management:

manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and lead nurturing to negotiation and deal closing.

maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activity and customer information in the crm system.

relationship management:

build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.

address customer inquiries, manage objections, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

iii. general & reporting

collaborate closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies.

achieve or exceed pre-defined sales and marketing targets (kpis).

prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
