This position is responsible for sales for all product categories.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN A REPUTED APPLIANCES FIRM IS PREFFERED.

Responsibilities

To plan and develop the sales plan for the region for different product categories.

Regularly monitor the achievement of targets, market share, productivity, customer acquisition, profits, etc. and take corrective action where required.

Identify customer acquisition strategies and plan for promotions.

To take care of staffing requirements and ensure all the staffs meet their sales target.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the appliances industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Malayalam and English).

Basic computer knowledge.
