Role: Lead the Eluru sales team and drive branch revenue across investment, loan and insurance products.

Responsibilities: Lead and motivate Sales Executives; Set targets and territories; Train new joiners on products and pitching; Close key deals; Build local partnerships and DSAs; Weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements: Graduate/MBA; 4+ years BFSI sales including 1+ year managing a team; Proven target record; Strong network in Eluru / West Godavari; Fluent Telugu and good English.
