Responsibilities:
- Should be hiring different marketing professionals through various job portals as per the requirement.
- Should effectively coordinate them in the field to create potential leads and subsequent closings.
- Planning & overseeing of new joiners.
- Looking after their respective area of operations regarding business development and
revenue generation.
- Helping the HR Manager to plan and implement strategies in accordance with the company’s
policy.
- Developing quotes & proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the sales team with business growth & to ensure that they are met.
- Training personnel & helping team members to develop their skills.
- Having own laptop is mandatory.
