The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. A basic education of at least 12th grade is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and motivating the team. Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable working full-time in the office.
