Job responsibilities :

• Handle walking customers

• Attend telephonic inquiries

• Respond online inquiries

• Convert inquiries into bookings

• Get maximum references from booked existing customers

• Corporate visits & give presentation

• Attend exhibition

• Maintain customer data in ERP system

• Follow up with customers

• Cold calling

• Meet CP and give project training

• Convert maximum booking through alternative channel

• Ensure timely payment to CP

• Share new ideas for sales improvement & better marketing campaign

• Periodical reporting,
