Job Description

Sales Strategy & Planning:

o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market

expansion goals for uPVC profiles.

o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new

opportunities and drive market penetration.

o Forecast sales volumes and develop action plans to meet quarterly and annual

targets.

2. Team Leadership & Development:

o Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team.

o Set performance goals, track sales team performance, and provide ongoing coaching

and training.

o Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance appraisals.

3. Business Development:

o Expand the company's market share by identifying and acquiring new distributors,

dealers, and B2B clients.

o Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and business partners.

o Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with stakeholders.

4. Market Expansion & Penetration:

o Drive geographic expansion efforts by identifying untapped regions and increasing

presence in new markets.

o Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and execute

promotional activities.

5. Sales Operations:

o Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, customer

acquisition, order fulfillment, and after-sales service.

o Work closely with production, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure

timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

6. Reporting & Analytics:

o Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics (revenue, profitability, market

share, etc.).

o Provide regular updates to senior management on sales forecasts, market

conditions, and competitive insights.

o Use data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and improve overall efficiency.

7. Product Knowledge & Training:

o Stay updated on product developments, features, and technical specifications.

o Ensure that the sales team is equipped with comprehensive product knowledge and

industry insights.
