Urgent Hiring Sales Executive For Dubai Hotel

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate sales leads and achieve sales targets

Promote hotel facilities and services to clients, including corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners

Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients

Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities

Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient client services

Maintain accurate client records and ensure client privacy and security

Provide excellent customer service to clients

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge of hotel operations and services

Fluent in English; additional language skills will be an added advantage

Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
