Sales Executive

• sales quotation working in excel. excel skills should be excellent.

• sales opportunities, sales inquiries and prepare and send quotations & follow ups at any level

• sales order, invoicing, invoice payments, sales returns

• so to inventory tracking and generating purchase indent

• timely order fulfillment, coordinate with dispatch department and follow ups

• daily updating of so tracker, pending tasks and payment receipt against respective so

• credit memo, reserve invoice

• sales reports

• follow up with regular buyers and increase sales to regular buyers

• maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities

• prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

• maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
