Sales Opportunities, Sales Inquiries and Prepare and Send Quotations & Follow ups at any level

Sales Order, Invoicing, Invoice Payments, Sales Returns

SO to Inventory Tracking and Generating Purchase Indent

Timely Order Fulfillment, Coordinate with Dispatch Department and Follow ups

Daily updating of SO tracker, Pending Tasks and payment receipt against respective SO

Credit Memo, Reserve Invoice

Sales Reports

Follow up with Regular Buyers and Increase Sales to Regular Buyers

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
