We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, visits, and online channels
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking
Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
