Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries.
Understand client requirements, budget, location, and expectations.
Schedule and conduct consultation meetings.
Conduct site visits and client meetings.
Explain Rightcon's construction process, BOQ, pricing, timelines, and quality standards.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and project estimates.
Follow up consistently with leads until closure.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Architecture, Estimation, and Execution teams during the pre-sales stage.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Represent Rightcon professionally at all times.
Required Skills

Ability to understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within Bangalore and nearby locations.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or Marketing is preferred).
1-2 years of experience in construction, real estate, interiors, home improvement, or high-value consultative sales.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong learning attitude may also apply.
