Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, social selling (LinkedIn), and field visits.
Qualification: Evaluate customer needs and budget to ensure they are a right fit for the company-s solutions.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct persuasive presentations and live demos that highlight the value proposition of the product or service.
2. Sales Pipeline Management
CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (., Salesforce, Zoho) to track the journey from Lead to Closed-Won.
Proposal Drafting: Prepare commercial quotations and handle initial negotiations on pricing and credit terms.
Closing: Drive the sales process to completion by handling objections and securing signed contracts.
3. Relationship & Market Intelligence
Account Management: Build long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Feedback: Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager to help refine strategy.
