Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, expanding our customer base, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of successful sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.

Lead by example, providing guidance, coaching, and support to junior sales team members.

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies, product offerings, and customer requirements.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique value of our products/services.

Handle complex negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements to secure deals.

Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and pipeline management.

Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and updates to senior management.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Proven track record of successful sales in a senior role, with 3 years of experience in Sales.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
