Job Responsibilities:

Engage with all new sellers on FreeUp across India and convert them to successfully sell and grow on

FreeUp

Achieve monthly targets for new seller conversions

Ability to work independently within a team environment with a Target-oriented approach and strong

attention to customer experience and commitment to quality customer service

Build a sustainable relationship of trust and respect with customers by maintaining a positive and empathetic

behavior at all times.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and take ownership of issues and have the

determination to follow through.

Work with the management to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed about any changes in

the company policies.

Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an

appropriate solution.

Have good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally or externally and at all levels and should

be a team player.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Very good command of English & Hindi

Minimum 1 - 2 yrs of experience working as Business Development/Sales

Comfortable with doing Sales calling from home (60-100 calls per day
