job description:

we are seeking a qualified and proactive safety officer to join our team for international projects across multiple countries. the safety officer will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations and standards at the job site.

key responsibilities:

monitor site safety: regularly inspect workplace conditions and practices to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

conduct safety training: organize and deliver safety inductions and training sessions for new and existing staff.

incident reporting: investigate and report any workplace accidents, near-misses, or unsafe practices, and recommend corrective actions.

enforce safety protocols: ensure that all employees, contractors, and visitors follow proper safety procedures and wear appropriate ppe (personal protective equipment).

maintain documentation: keep accurate records of safety inspections, risk assessments, incident reports, and training logs.

additional details:

this is a contractual position for 2 years with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

candidates must be willing to relocate and work in any of the mentioned countries.
