Ruby On Rails Engineer

Skills, Experience, and Qualities The ideal Technical Lead will have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Software Development

A minimum of 3 years of experience developing and releasing products using Ruby On Rails

Strong Behavior Driven Development with Rspec/Capybara

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent analytical skills; Superior problem-solving skills

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment

Strong initiative and vision for continuous improvement

Nice to Have:

Experience leading a team of developers in a technical fashion.

Working knowledge of automated testing

Experience managing AWS infrastructure

Experience managing Azure infrastructure

Experience with Microservices and Kubernetes
