Ruby On Rails Developer

Role & Responsibilities

• Leading the team developing next generation of EMR technologies

• Designing and implementing Ruby on Rails applications to automate internal business processes.

• Translating complex Billing, Accounting, CRM and other enterprise processes into easy-to-use solutions

• Develop background tasks/workers to automate business workflows.

• Integrate with third-party tools with via APIs.

• Working throughout the full stack, from the database through Rails to jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS

Requirement and Qualifications:

• 6+ years of overall IT experience in developing both front end and backend for an application/product.

• 3+ years professional Ruby on Rails software development experience

• Ruby, RAILS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, HTML, CSS

• Postgres, Redis, RabbitMQ

• Knowledge of AWS services

• Proficient with scripting languages, specifically Python and Bash

• Some experience with Python is a plus.

• BCA/MCA, / or equivalent

• Possess good communication, organizational and creative thinking skills.

• A multi-tasking individual that likes to work both in a team environment and individually.

• Excellent technical abilities, leadership, decision making, and adaptability to new technology.
