6. preferred certifications - ui path certified automation business analyst (uiaba), ui path implementation manager, csm/cspo

7. added advantage: have experience in commercial real estate domain in us (mortage, lending, property management.)

must have expertise in rpa jobs monitoring in uipath orchestrator
