B.A Freshers For Roustabout

We are looking for a dedicated Roustabout to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Assist in Rig Operations:** Help with daily tasks on the drilling rig, ensuring that all equipment is safe and operational.

- **Maintain Equipment and Tools:** Regularly check and clean tools and equipment, ensuring they are ready for use and meet safety standards.

- **Support Crew Members:** Work alongside other crew members to provide assistance where needed, promoting teamwork and efficiency.

- **Manage Waste and Debris:** Help in the proper disposal of waste materials and maintain cleanliness in the work area to adhere to safety regulations.

- **Follow Safety Protocols:** Adhere to all safety measures and protocols, understanding the importance of safety in high-risk environments.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess a basic understanding of rig operations and equipment safety. Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves manual labor in demanding conditions. Good communication skills are important for effective teamwork. A willingness to learn and adapt quickly is crucial, especially for those with limited experience.
