**Key Responsibilities:**

- **General Maintenance:** Assist in maintaining the worksite, including cleaning and organizing tools and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

- **Assisting Skilled Workers:** Support rig workers and mechanics in their tasks, helping with various jobs as needed to ensure smooth operations.

- **Material Handling:** Move and set up materials and equipment, following safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

- **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, actively participating in safety meetings and training to promote a safe workplace.

- **Equipment Operation:** Operate basic machinery and tools when necessary, ensuring proper handling and care are taken at all times.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a basic understanding of physical labor and be eager to learn about the oil and gas industry. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred, though vocational courses or professional degrees will be considered.
