As a Roustabout, you will play an essential role in supporting operations in the oil and gas industry. This position is based in the United Arab Emirates, and candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience and a minimum educational qualification of 12th grade are welcome to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **General Maintenance:** Assist in maintaining and cleaning work areas and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

- **Assist in Operations:** Support oil extraction processes by handling tools and materials as needed during drilling and production activities.

- **Rig Up and Down:** Help in setting up and removing equipment on the rig or during operations, ensuring everything is done efficiently and safely.

- **Material Handling:** Transport materials to and from the work site, ensuring that necessary supplies are available for tasks.

- **Report Incidents:** Observe and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly to maintain safety standards.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess strong teamwork and communication skills, as you will be working closely with other crew members. Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves manual labor and working in challenging conditions. A willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols is crucial. Being dependable and ready to work flexible hours, including on weekends, is expected. Basic understanding of handling tools and equipment is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
