As a Roustabout, you will be an essential part of our team, working in the oil and gas industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Equipment Maintenance:** You will assist in maintaining and repairing equipment used in drilling and production operations to ensure they are safe and operational.

- **General Labor Tasks:** You will perform various manual labor tasks, such as lifting and moving heavy items, to support your team and keep the work area organized.

- **Site Preparation:** You will help prepare the drilling site by clearing the area and setting up necessary equipment, which is crucial for smooth operations.

- **Assisting Operators:** You will work under the guidance of experienced operators, assisting them with their tasks to gain practical knowledge and experience in the field.

- **Safety Compliance:** You will follow safety protocols and wear protective gear to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have strong physical stamina for demanding tasks and the ability to work well as part of a team. A background in mechanical work or vocational training is a plus, but not mandatory. Communication skills are important for working with others effectively. You should be willing to learn and take direction, as well as maintain a proactive attitude to handle challenges as they arise.
