Ensuring parts are made or processed in accordance with instructions listed on the Process Control Plan and Inspection Sheet. Efficiently and effectively operating single robot MIG weld cells. Ensuring parts are made or processed in a prompt manner and production output figures are met.(Plan Vs Actual). Ensure Zero Defect for all products by adhering to process parameters at all work stations. Assisting the Quality Assurance Department (Welding ) with any customer concerns/problems resolution. Adherance to Preventive Maintance as per Schedule. Monthly ERP Shop Floor Stock, Quarterly Shop Floor Physical to ERP Stock, Half Yearly Tools & Tackles, Jigs & Fixtures, and Annually Fixed Asset Stock Taking
