Rigging Supervisor (Male)

We are seeking a Rigging Supervisor with 2 to 8 years of experience to oversee our rigging operations in Doha. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Rigging Operations: Oversee the planning, execution, and safety of rigging work, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and without incident.

- Train and Mentor Team: Provide guidance and training to new riggers, ensuring they understand safety protocols and rigging techniques.

- Inspect Equipment: Regularly check rigging gear and equipment for safety and compliance, addressing any issues that arise promptly.

- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with project managers and other teams to coordinate rigging activities and meet project deadlines.

- Maintain Records: Keep detailed logs of rigging operations, inspections, and safety checks for compliance and reporting purposes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of rigging techniques and safety practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential to effectively manage a team.
