Rigging || Freshers & Experienced

We are seeking a skilled Rigger to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of heavy equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Rigging Operations: Set up and manage rigging gear to lift and move heavy objects, ensuring proper assembly for safety and efficiency.

- Inspection of Equipment: Regularly check rigging equipment, such as ropes and pulleys, to make sure they are in good condition and ready for use.

- Load Calculation: Assess the weight and dimensions of loads to ensure they are safely rigged, avoiding any potential hazards.

- Signal Coordination: Work closely with crane operators and other team members, using clear signals to guide the safe movement of loads.

- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment and prevent accidents.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Physical Strength: The role requires good physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and working in various positions.

- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure all rigging setups are done correctly and safely.

- Teamwork Skills: Ability to work well with a team in a dynamic environment, communicating effectively with coworkers.

- Basic Knowledge of Rigging Techniques: Prior experience in rigging is an advantage, but we are open to training candidates with a willingness to learn.

- Adaptability: Be prepared to handle diverse tasks and work in various environments as required.

This full-time position is suitable for male candidates with a minimum education of 12th grade and experience ranging from 0 to 4 years.
