We are seeking a skilled Rigger to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of heavy equipment and materials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Rigging Operations**: Set up and manage rigging gear to lift and move heavy objects, ensuring proper assembly for safety and efficiency.

- **Inspection of Equipment**: Regularly check rigging equipment, such as ropes and pulleys, to make sure they are in good condition and ready for use.

- **Load Calculation**: Assess the weight and dimensions of loads to ensure they are safely rigged, avoiding any potential hazards.

- **Signal Coordination**: Work closely with crane operators and other team members, using clear signals to guide the safe movement of loads.

- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment and prevent accidents.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- **Physical Strength**: The role requires good physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and working in various positions.

- **Attention to Detail**: Must be detail-oriented to ensure all rigging setups are done correctly and safely.
