**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Load and Unload Materials:** You will assist in moving materials and equipment to and from work sites, ensuring that all items are secured and handled correctly.

- **Follow Safety Protocols:** It’s crucial to adhere to safety standards and procedures while working to ensure your safety and that of your colleagues.

- **Conduct Inspections:** Regularly check rigging equipment to identify any issues or wear that could affect safety and efficiency.

- **Collaborate with Team Members:** Work closely with other team members and supervisors to coordinate lifting operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
