Hiring Fresher / Rigging / 12th Pass

We are looking for a dedicated Rigger to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with varying levels of experience, from fresh candidates to those with up to four years in the field.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Setup Rigging Equipment:** Prepare and install rigging gear, such as ropes, pulleys, and hoists, to support loads accurately during operations. This involves understanding load requirements and safely securing equipment.

- **Inspect Rigging Gear:** Regularly check the condition of rigging equipment to ensure safety and reliability. This includes identifying any wear and tear and reporting it for maintenance or replacement.

- **Collaborate with Team Members:** Work closely with other operators and crew members to coordinate lifting and rigging operations. Clear communication is essential to enhance safety and efficiency.

- **Follow Safety Protocols:** Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while on the job. This includes wearing proper safety gear and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.

- **Assist in Load Movement:** Help in the safe and effective movement of materials and equipment using lifting techniques and tools. This requires awareness of weight limits and safe handling practices.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and be male. Experience in rigging is preferred but not mandatory. Basic physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects are essential. Understanding safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment are crucial. Good communication and teamwork skills will contribute to a successful tenure in this role.
