Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
8-15 years of experience in Rice quality assurance or R&D roles, specifically in rice or cereal products.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
Proficiency in laboratory testing methods and sensory evaluation techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead the research and development of rice quality improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement quality control processes for rice products.
Conduct sensory evaluations and laboratory testing of rice samples.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product formulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in rice quality research.
Train and mentor junior staff and laboratory technicians.
