Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Rice Export Sales Head to lead our sales efforts in the rice export market from our Chandigarh office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the agricultural sector, and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue.

Skills and Qualifications

10-20 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Rice food products sector.

Strong understanding of export regulations and international trade.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.

Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics in the export business.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase rice exports.

Identify and engage potential clients and markets for rice export.

Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the rice export sector.

Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with international buyers.

Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
