Experienced Retail Salesman – Garments & Fashion

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Salesman to join our team in Betnoti. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience in retail sales and must have completed at least 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the products on offer, including features and benefits, to effectively answer customer questions and drive sales.

- Sales Goals: Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the management, consistently aiming to improve performance.

- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing stock levels, ensuring the shelves are stocked and organized, which enhances the shopping experience.

- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register, ensuring all sales are recorded properly.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with teammates to share best practices and support each other in achieving individual and team sales goals.
