Interview For Restaurant Waiter || 10th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Waiter to join our team in Golaghat. This full-time position involves providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet Customers: Welcome guests with a warm smile and provide them with menus, helping to create a friendly atmosphere.

- Take Orders: Listen carefully to guests’ food and drink preferences and accurately note their orders, ensuring all special requests are considered.

- Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver orders to the table promptly and check if everything meets guest expectations, making sure they are satisfied with their meal.

- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dining area tidy by cleaning tables and setting up for new guests, ensuring a pleasant environment.

- Assist with Payments: Handle billing accurately and efficiently, providing customers with the correct checks and processing cash or card transactions.

- Provide Recommendations: Offer suggestions on menu items based on guests’ preferences, enhancing their dining experience and increasing sales.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education and possess strong communication skills. A friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
