Looking For Restaurant Waiter

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Waiter to join our team in Sector 127. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry and must have completed at least the 10th grade. As a Restaurant Waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and Welcome Guests: You will be the first point of contact for customers, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

- Take Orders: Accurately record customers’ food and drink orders and make recommendations when requested.

- Serve Food and Drinks: Deliver orders promptly and ensure that the presentation meets company standards.

- Assist with Menu Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer questions and recommend items to guests.

- Handle Payments: Process payments accurately and provide change to customers.

- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the dining area tidy, including clearing tables and ensuring silverware and glassware are clean.

- Address Customer Concerns: Listen and respond to any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a friendly and positive attitude, with strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with good multitasking skills. A team-oriented mindset is important for collaborating with kitchen staff and other wait staff.
